STITCH

The master plan connects the public city fabric by extending Front street from the downtown core to Liberty village and connecting parks from the north of the site to the south. This site is located between two railways, on a triangulated site. 

“Stitch” stitches the public from the parks on the North to the ones on the South. In order to cross over Front street and the two railways, the connections are elevated, creating an elevated ground plane through the building. The theatre, office, and  the creative hub is accessible from the established ground level. The elevated ground plane links pedestrian to the second entrance of the creative hub and the residential units.
